About Graeme Davy-Watts

Graeme Davy-Watts is a regional mental health consultant with experience across UK and Australian mental health and alcohol and other drug services.

His background includes senior practitioner and leadership roles within The Priory Group, RAPt (Rehabilitation for Addicted Prisoners Trust), NHS England, Country to Coast Queensland PHN, CatholicCare Victoria, and Wellways Australia.

Within the NHS, Graeme contributed to the rapid expansion of local mental health services through the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) initiative — one of the world’s largest mental healthcare transformation programs.

Since relocating to Australia in 2014, his work has focused on regional workforce capability, stepped care implementation, service improvement, supervision systems, and practical approaches to increasing access to evidence-informed support.
